iPhone users can now use this creative camera feature on Snapchat

Snapchat has introduced a new feature called ‘Dual Camera’. Available for iOS users, the new feature enables users to capture various viewpoints of their moments using both the front and rear cameras of their smartphones. Snapchat teased the feature for the first time at the Snap Partner Summit 2022. Along with the iOS rollout, the company also confirmed that the feature will be made available soon for Android users as well.
Using the Dual Camera feature users can set up four choices — vertical, horizontal, picture in picture and cutaway. Along with this, users can also add creative features like music, stickers and lenses to help enhance the snap of the video.

In order to try the new feature users will first have to update the app to the latest version. Once updated you will then notice a new icon placed inside the camera toolbar. You can now start generating Snaps and Stories. Along with this, users can also create professional Spotlight movies with double perspectives.

Snapchat planning to cut jobs
Meanwhile, a recent online report revealed that Snapchat is planning to make some job cuts.
The scope of the job cuts is currently unclear as managers are still planning it for their teams, the report said, adding that Snapchat has more than 6,000 employees.
The development comes as technology companies, crypto exchanges and financial firms cut jobs and slow hiring as global economic growth slows due to higher interest rates, red-hot inflation and an energy crisis in Europe.
