Shots fired outside Dolton business on Sibley Boulevard

Police from Dolton and multiple area agencies responded Wednesday morning to reports of multiple people shot on the 1100 block of Sibley Boulevard in the village.

There were about 20 markers police placed showing shell casings locations in the parking lot of an Auto Zone business, along with two vehicles that appeared heavily damaged, possible with windows shot out.

There also is debris in a middle turn lane on Sibley in front of the business. A section of Sibley between Greenwood and Woodlawn avenues was closed as investigators continue to work the scene.
